Courts App LLC Accessibility Statement

Updated: July 20, 2026

General

Courts App LLC is committed to improving the accessibility and usability of its digital platforms, including Courtsapp.com and the CourtsApp iOS and Android mobile applications, for users with disabilities. Courts App seeks to align its digital platforms with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.1, or a later version of WCAG where appropriate, as part of its ongoing accessibility efforts.

Accessibility on CourtsApp’s Website and Mobile Applications

This Accessibility Statement applies to CourtsApp’s digital platforms, including the Courtsapp.com website and the CourtsApp iOS and Android mobile applications. Because websites and mobile applications deliver accessibility features in different ways, the sections below describe our approach to each.

Courtsapp.com (Website)

Courtsapp.com makes available an accessibility menu intended to provide users with additional options for adjusting certain display and navigation features on the website. This tool is one part of Courts App’s broader accessibility efforts. The accessibility menu is specific to the Courtsapp.com website and is not part of the CourtsApp mobile applications.

Enabling the Accessibility Menu

The accessibility menu on Courtsapp.com may be opened by selecting the accessibility icon on the page or, where supported, by using keyboard navigation when the page first loads (e.g., either by hitting the tab key when the page first loads or by clicking the accessibility menu icon that appears on the corner of the page). After opening the accessibility menu, please wait a moment for the accessibility menu to load in its entirety.

CourtsApp Mobile Application (iOS and Android)

Courts App designs and evaluates the CourtsApp mobile applications for iOS and Android with accessibility in mind. Courts App’s ongoing accessibility efforts for the mobile applications include, where applicable, consideration of compatibility with native mobile accessibility features such as VoiceOver on iOS and TalkBack on Android, support for text resizing, sufficient color contrast, meaningful labels for interactive elements, logical focus order, and other accessibility features supported by the applicable operating system and device.

The availability and operation of certain accessibility features may depend on the user’s device, operating system, app version, and individual settings. Courts App continues to evaluate and improve the accessibility of its mobile applications as part of its ongoing development and quality-assurance processes.

Ongoing Accessibility Efforts

Courts App is continually working to improve the accessibility of its digital platforms. As part of those efforts, Courts App may conduct accessibility reviews, automated scans, manual testing, user feedback review, and remediation activities designed to identify and address potential accessibility barriers.

Although Courts App strives to make its digital platforms accessible, some content, features, or functionality may not yet fully conform to applicable accessibility standards or may not operate as intended with every assistive technology, browser, device, operating system, or user configuration. Courts App will make reasonable efforts to address identified accessibility barriers and to provide accessible alternatives where feasible.
