Authorized agents may submit requests with signed permission. You may appeal denied requests within 60 days.
8. DATA SECURITY
We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your Personal Information. We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary. The Internet is not 100% secure; we cannot guarantee against unauthorized access.
9. NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVES
We may offer coupons or price reductions in exchange for enrolling in email updates, newsletters, or contests. We use identifiers and commercial information. You may opt out per Section 7. We do not assign monetary value to data; if required, it equals the discount provided.
10. MINORS’ INFORMATION
Our Services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share Personal Information of individuals under 18. Contact us if you believe we have such information.
11. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
Our Services may link to third-party websites. This Policy does not apply to those sites. Review their privacy policies before sharing information.
12. RETENTION
We retain Personal Information for the period necessary for our purposes, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement. After the retention period, data is deleted and rights cannot be exercised.
