No. CourtsApp is designed to work alongside your existing booking experience.
Connected facilities continue taking reservations through their existing system. For Instant Booking facilities with supported integrations, CourtsApp works with your system so players can book directly through CourtsApp without requiring your staff to manage a separate booking workflow.
Setup is fast.
Your facility is probably already listed on CourtsApp. Find it and claim your facility. You can get set up as a Connected or Instant Booking facility through the CourtsApp Connect experience within a matter of minutes.
Facility owners can manage their CourtsApp presence through CourtsApp Connect. Update details like your facility information, hours, website and more, and use Courtney, our AI agent, to make changes conversationally.
You do. Instant Booking facilities maintain full control over the inventory they make available through CourtsApp, including pricing, availability and applicable booking rules.
Connected facilities continue managing their availability and booking rules through their existing booking system. That booking information is not displayed or managed on CourtsApp.
Yes. With Instant Booking, you control which courts and time slots are made available on CourtsApp. You don’t have to make all of your inventory bookable, giving you flexibility to manage availability and pricing on your terms.
Connected facilities don’t display availability or pricing on CourtsApp. Players are sent directly to your existing booking experience, where they can see your current availability and complete their reservation.
CourtsApp supports tennis, pickleball, padel, squash, racquetball, badminton and table tennis, including facilities that offer multiple sports.
CourtsApp invests in marketing, search, content, and partnerships designed to bring players to the platform and help them discover places to play.
The more seamlessly players can go from discovery to booking, the easier it is to turn that demand into actual court reservations. That's why Instant Booking offers the strongest player experience.
Each CourtsApp offering has its own service terms. Depending on the offering you select, Connected and Instant Booking facilities may need to sign an agreement during setup.
For reservations booked and paid for through CourtsApp, cancellations and refunds follow the facility’s cancellation policy and the terms of the booking.
For Instant Booking reservations booked and paid for through CourtsApp, payments are securely processed through Stripe. Payouts are sent to your facility’s designated payout account according to the applicable payout schedule.
For Connected and Listed facilities, player payments are handled through the facility’s own booking or payment system.
Instant Booking facilities remain in control of the inventory made available through CourtsApp. Courts that aren't available for public booking, including those reserved for maintenance, events or member programming, don't need to be offered through CourtsApp.
Connected and Listed facilities continue managing their schedules through their existing systems and website.
CourtsApp already helps players discover tournaments, giving facilities another way to put competitive play in front of our community.
Open Play discovery is coming soon, creating another way for facilities to promote opportunities to play beyond traditional court reservations.
